SHIPPING METHODS

Tele Technology offers ground shipment, 3 day, 2 day, saver overnight, standard overnight, early am overnight and saturday delivery inside the continental United States VIA UPS or FED EX.

Tthe customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Total shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method and total weight of all the items in your order.

The shipping charges are not refundable.

Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to Post Office boxes or APO, FPO, PSC addresses.

• All shipments are subject to stock availability.
• Most orders will be shipped within 24 hours of credit approval. Please allow up to ten (10) business days from credit approval for ground deliveries.
• Tele Technology reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers.
• All packages may require signature and is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
• If any part of your order has shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.

USING YOUR OWN SHIPPER ACCOUNT
Tele Technology is more than happy to ship items on your own companys' UPS or FED EX account. When ordering, enter it into our shopping cart checkout or tell your representative verbally.

RATES
It is Tele Technologies policy to charge you, as our customer, whatever we get charged from UPS, FED-EX or a third party vendor.
TERMS
Net Terms
Tele Technology does not offer Net Terms at this time.

Sales Tax
Tele Technology shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Resellers in these states may fax a copy of their valid Reseller Certificate to 832-237-8731 to show exemption. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.

Pricing
Our prices are updated daily. At the time you make a purchase you agree to the listed price. We do not "price match" and we cannot make a price adjustment after an order has shipped. Our costs simply change on a daily basis
