WOW! With Tapit's new Replay, the call recording solution, clients can now hear a call easliy by clicking on a particular call record shown on one of the multiple Tapit web reports. Replay is a hardware/software solution that works as an add on for Tapit multi-user version. Replay only needs to be purchased for the extensions that the client wants to keep a voice log on. This product records all conversations onto MP3 files and can be accessed by the selected Web reports. You can listen to phone calls by running of the selected Web reports and then clicking on the desired call record. Tapit Replay is excellent for school systems, law firms, customer service departments, sales organizations, financial institutions and many, many more!

Minimum System Requirements Include:

• Tapit Replay Server PC
• Tapit Web Reports application (installed on the same PC)
• IIS 4.0 or higher
• Pentium III or higher
• 512MB RAM
• Windows 2000, XP Pro or 2003
• 1 GB of available disk space (Replay uses approximately 9MB of hard disk space for each hour of recorded conversation. Therefore, adequate disk space has to be dedicated to store Replay MP3 files.)
