Norstar Phone Systems ® Norstar Call Pilot 100 Setup As ACD Bug <<Back To Call Pilot 100 It has come to the attention of Tele Technology that it possible to accidentally setup the Call Pilot 100 Voicemail System as ACD system prior to enabling the voicemail boxes. Doing this will LOCK ALL VOICEMAIL boxes and you will be unable to reset this voicemail if done. We would like to take a moment to highlight the documenation and the possible fixes. DOCUMENTATION Nortel ships this product with some extra documentation that highlights the step specifically produces this lockout, and we would like for you to read this before hand.  Click
Here To View DocumentationFor those customers that are doing a self install, or having their equipment installed by someone who is not Nortel Authorized, the following of the steps outlined above and the locking of the voicemail boxes WILL NOT be covered by ANY Nortel or Tele Technology Warranty. FIXES The ONLY fix that has been found for this situation to date is to have the voicemail sent back to us and have the software reloaded by our specialists. The cost of doing this reinstall is $300.00 plus shipping both directions. |
