Call Pilot is easy to install and maintain and requires minimal training and starup costs. It's windows based interafaces and common communications management protocols enables CallPilot to integrate easily with your back office systems. It also designed to work on Nortel PBX's, Lucent switches, Siemans-Rolm and Mitel. It will also interface with Microsoft Outlook/Exchange, Netscape Messenger, Lotus Notes, Qualcomm Eudora Pro and Novell Group Wise.

You can also print documents that need to be faxed to the Nortel Fax Driver, specify the contact fax info and you're finished.
