Product Description

The NEC DSX 40 phone system is a compact, economical phone system from NEC's DSX line. The DSX 40 offers many of the same features as the larger phone systems in the DSX family.

In this package, the DSX-40 phone system is in it's off the shelf configuration which will support 4 telephone lines and 8 DSX digital telephones.

The DSX-40 phone system out of the box will provide:

• Two Audio Inputs for music or message on hold.
• One output for connection to External Paging
• Both Ethernet and USB ports for local and remote PC Programming
• Built in SMDR (station message detail reporting for call accounting ) via RS-232
• 2 DSX Analog Door Box Ports and associated relays to open doors and gates
• Built Iin Modem.

Additionally, this package contains the DSX Intramail Voicemail system and 3 of the DSX 34 Button Telephones.

The DSX-40 phone system can be further expanded to a total of 24 system phones and 8 outside phone lines.
