Product Description
The Avaya IP Office 500 is the latest generation of small office VoiP Hybrid phone systems. The IP Office 500 will scale up to a total of 272 telephones and a maximum of 8 T1/E1 trunks.

The IP Office 500 is a rack mounted unit. The base IP 500 unit ships 0x0. You will need to purchase expansion cards. The Base IP Office 500 has 4 expansion slots. Most base cards that fit these slots can be piggybacked to make better use of a single slot.

The IP 500 will also except external expansion modules in order to meet it's full capacity.

One of the things we really like about the IP 500 is its ability to accept raw SIP trunks from providers such as Broadvox.

Included with the IP 500 base unit is the Avaya Voicemail Lite.

The IP Office 500 has an excellent set of tools! It will have "Manager" software, call tracking, system monitoring and diagnostics all available through an intuitive GUI.

The IP Office 500 can be upgraded for additional applications such as
