The Avaya 9621G IP Telephone is a remarkable IP deskphone.  It incorporates so many modern features built right into the phone.  These include a touchscreen display in color!  This phone is all about collaboration.  Built-in is Avaya's Flare Experience, a truly unique way to add your contacts into conference calls (manage your contacts by dragging and dropping their photo icon into the conversation, put clients on hold the same way, use the Instant Message feature all at the same time.  The Avaya Flare is spectacular!)  Normally, the Avaya Flare is only accessible on one of Avaya's tablets, but they have designed this so it can be used on their phones.
