Meridian Phone Manual Userguide

During the early days that Nortel Networks was producings phones, all phone systems had the designation of Meridian on the phone. In reality, there were two different phone systems in production. The Meridian 1 PBX and the Meridian Norstar, which was a smaller key phone system. Both phones were widely distrubiuted in the US. Most people who are searching for a Meridan Phone Manual or a Meridian phone user guide more than likely have a Meridian Norstar phone. This can be easily identified by the model number on the bottom of the phone, which will start with M7, such as M7310 or M7208. If you phone you are looking for a userguid for starts with M7xx then you have a Meridian Norstar phone. All others will be the Meridian PBX, which the section covers. At some point in the 90's, Nortel changed the designation on the Norstar phone to simply "Norstar"
