This NEC Aspire manual will show you how to install the Untramail 2000 and Aspire Mail Plus in the correct phone system. The Ultramail is compatible with only the Aspire phone system. You must also install the Aspire intramail admin software, which is a windows based application to program the Aspire voicemail. The Aspire Intramail is available in 2, 4, 6 and 8 port models and will operate up to either 200 or 1000 mailboxes depending on if it is flash based or harddrive based. This manual will cover everything from start to finish with installing and programming your Aspire intramail voicemail system. It will also show you how to make changed to your aspire intramail, like hoe to recover a lost password, or reset a mailbox or change your auto attendant.
