Product Description

Viking ES-1 Stand-Alone Door Controller Entry System.
Keyless Entry and/or Card Reader Entry for a single door with up to 250 Users.
Designed as a door controller to operate a door strike or magnetic lock with proper card swipe or keyless code entry from Wiegand devices.
One ES-1 or one or two Wiegand devices is required for each entry point. (Choice of door strike or magnetic lock)
Wiegand devices such as Viking HID-1 (Proximity Output Keypad) or HID-2 (Wiegand Output Keypad) can be used. (Any other card reader, RF Transmitter or Digital Keypad that outputs 26 bit Wiegand format may be used as well).
IF two Wiegand devices are used, it may control access in both directions (entry or exit - bi-directional control) by placing the Wiegand device on each side of the doorway.
Up to 250 valid Wiegand codes can be programmed for the ES-1. (250 tenants)
LOG BUS data output for entry logging.
Card Plus Keypad Mode for High Security level.
One-time code for visitors.
Supports one entry point.
Non-volatile memory (No batteries required) to store relay activation, mode (normal, off, or open)and facility codes.
ALL programming done with a local Touch Tone phone.
Up to three ES-1s can be simultaneously programmed for shared programming codes and parameters.
Ideal for business entrances, condos, senior citizen buildings, assisted care centers, retirement homes, high-rise apartments and gated communities.
