Designed to utilize a building's existing telephone wiring.
Provides secure multi-tenant building access without the need for C.O. Lines.
Touch-Tone telephone set wired to their apartment required for each tenant (Tenants do not require phone service).
Equally compatible with existing C.O. Lines.
One C-3000 Module has 12 tenant capacity.
Max of (8) C-3000 Modules may be interconnected (Total System Capacity of up to 96 tenants).
No monthly charges for dedicated line.
Programmable keyless entry code for each tenant (Codes may be easily changed as a tenant moves in/out of the building for added security).
Postal Lock Feature is supplied for added convenience.
Distinctive ring cadence and call waiting.
Programmable from dedicated programming phone.
Supports (2) Entry Doors and (2) Door Strikes.
Compatible with Viking (Vandal Resistant) Entry Phones K-1700-3, K-1900-8 or any Touch Tone Phone.
Allows visitors to leave voice messages on tenants personal answering machines.
Power Supply Included.
Tenants can "buzz" in the visitor from their touch tone phone.
(2) Door Strike Contacts are provided (Door Strikes Not Included).
Able to be wired for two-way communication between tenant and visitor without disrupting C.O. modem transmissions.
